Our fees are based on the average rate for therapist services in Riverside County and Southern California. Unfortunately, 11-10 Therapy does not offer a reduced fee or “sliding scale” for sessions. If you need low-cost services, we can refer you to an alternate provider to help you on your journey of healing.
Insurance Providers
While 11-10 Therapy does not accept insurance, we can assist you as an out-of-network provider and provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please get in touch with your health insurance company for more details on this benefit and let them know whether you are seeing a licensed or pre-licensed clinician.
11-10 Therapy is contracted with The Counseling Team International (TCTI). TCTI has contracts with multiple departments, cities, school districts, and first responder agencies as part of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). You may find the link to TCTI on our resource page. Please contact TCTI to find out if your employer provides this service and to set up your first appointment with your EAP benefit.
To obtain services through your health insurance, please get in touch with them directly for a list of in-network providers for therapy.
